[S3] Who Said No Spirit Root Means No Cultivation?

In the Savage Realm, spirit roots reign supreme. Those born without one are forever barred from the path of immortality. Han Fan is the lowest-level servant at the Liuli Sword Sect—no spirit root, no connections, not even a full meal to call his own. He resigned himself to scraping by in the mud, until a routine trip up the mountain to chop bamboo led him to a rusted, broken sword called Fuxian. From that moment, his fate was rewritten. Swing the blade through bamboo, and spiritual energy floods into his body. Hack through stone, and his flesh grows tougher. Strike down an enemy, and his cultivation skyrockets! You have a Heavenly Spirit Root and advance a thousand miles a day? Sorry, but every time I land a hit on you, my power grows faster than yours.
