概述

IgniteDrama respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all creators using our platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we respond promptly to valid claims of copyright infringement reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.

If you believe that content available on IgniteDrama infringes your copyright or the copyright of someone you are authorized to represent, please submit a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent using the information below.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, IgniteDrama will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content;
• Notify the content creator that their content has been removed;
• Provide the creator an opportunity to submit a counter-notice.

Your DMCA notice must include all of the following to be valid:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work: Describe the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
2. Identification of the infringing material: Provide enough information to locate the specific content, including URL(s).
3. Your contact information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Good faith belief statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice. Your counter-notice must include your signature, identification of the removed content and its URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake, and your contact information.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action against you.

重复侵权政策

IgniteDrama has a zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright infringers. In accordance with the DMCA and our Terms of Service, we will terminate the accounts of creators who are found to be repeat infringers.
