1. 条款协议

By accessing or using IgniteDrama (the "Platform"), through our website at ignitedrama.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including viewers, registered members, and creators who upload content.

2. 资格要求

You must be at least 13 years old to use IgniteDrama. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. 用户账户

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@ignitedrama.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. 创作者内容与许可授权

IgniteDrama is a user-generated content platform. Creators may upload original video dramas, series, cover images, and related metadata ("Creator Content").

By uploading Creator Content, you grant IgniteDrama a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, transmit, and promote your content. This license does not transfer ownership — you retain all intellectual property rights.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to upload the content, that it does not infringe third-party rights, and that it complies with all applicable laws.

5. 禁止内容

You may not upload, post, or distribute content that is sexually explicit, promotes violence or hatred, infringes intellectual property, contains malware or spam, violates privacy rights, or impersonates any person or entity.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts without notice.

6. 代币与应用内购买

IgniteDrama offers a virtual token system ("Tokens") that can be purchased to unlock individual episodes. Tokens are a virtual currency with no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.

All Token purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Tokens have no expiry date but may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violations of these Terms.

7. VIP订阅

IgniteDrama offers a VIP subscription that provides unlimited access to premium content. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

8. 内容审核与举报

We provide tools for users to report content that violates these Terms. Our moderation team reviews reported content and may remove it at our discretion.

To report content, use the in-app reporting feature or contact us at support@ignitedrama.com.

9. DMCA与版权

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on IgniteDrama infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to dmca@ignitedrama.com or visit our DMCA page. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

10. 知识产权

The IgniteDrama name, logo, platform design, and all original content created by IgniteDrama are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary materials without prior written consent.

11. 免责声明

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. IgniteDrama makes no warranties regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. 责任限制

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IgniteDrama shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the total amount you paid IgniteDrama in the six months preceding the claim.

13. 适用法律

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

14. 条款变更

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
