  • Creator Content: Videos, images, series titles, descriptions, and other content you upload as a creator.
  • Payment Information: Token purchases and VIP subscription data. Payment processing is handled by Apple (App Store), Google (Play Store), and Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.
  • Communications: Messages you send us, including support requests and DMCA notices.

b) Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Pages viewed, videos watched, episodes unlocked, and features used.
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version, and unique device identifiers.
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, and browser or app type.
  • Video Analytics: Watch duration, playback completion, and interaction events (likes, shares) used to improve content recommendations.

c) Information from Third Parties

  • Authentication: If you sign in via Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from those providers.
  • Payment Providers: We receive transaction confirmation and subscription status from Apple, Google, and Stripe.
  • RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect purchase history and subscription status.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account.
  • To provide access to content, process token purchases, and manage VIP subscriptions.
  • To personalize your content feed and recommendations.
  • To allow creators to upload, manage, and monetize their series.
  • To send transactional emails (e.g., purchase confirmations, password resets).
  • To moderate content, investigate abuse reports, and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • To analyze usage trends and improve the Platform.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

4. Photo Library & Media Access

When you use the creator upload feature on our platform, we request access to your device's file system to allow you to select video and image files for upload. We only access files you explicitly select. We do not browse, index, or store any other files from your device.

Uploaded videos are stored on our secure servers (AWS S3) and processed for streaming delivery.

5. Sharing Your Information

We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: AWS (hosting & video storage), Stripe (payments), RevenueCat (subscriptions), and similar vendors who help us operate the Platform. These providers are contractually required to protect your data.
  • Creator Profiles: Your public username and creator content are visible to other users of the Platform.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety and rights of our users.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

Creator content may remain on the Platform after account deletion unless you explicitly request its removal prior to deleting your account.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, JWT-based authentication, and secure cloud storage to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

IgniteDrama is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.
